![]() Typically what I will do is elevate IE with the RunAs command by right clicking on IE Shortcut and choosing the explorer option for RunAs Admin., and then go through the motions of the user and install the ActiveX addons for IE and then logout and then let the user go back in and that will fix it too. ( Are you doing this under the local admin account of the machine or are you launching IE to RunAs Administrator ? ) ![]() We have issues like that here for our CRM product that is web based as well ( The guy that said hey lets run everything in a browser should be shot some days! )
